We had a fabulous time at the hotel, particularly enjoying the location near the Balloon Fiesta. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, and we loved exploring the beautiful Sandia Mountains just a short drive away with my father. It was perfect for our family.
My kids wished for more breakfast options suitable for them, like juice or milk. It could really improve the experience for families to have a more varied selection.

The service was amazing. a polite guy at the front desk made us feel right at home. We loved exploring the nearby Sandia Mountains and checking out the Corrales Winery. Definitely a great choice for our group trip!
They arrived with kids late at night only to find they had no rooms available. That's a tough situation, and it sounded like the staff's response wasn't the best.

The location was great for our visit to the Balloon Fiesta. we loved that it was easy to get to nearby attractions like the Corrales Winery. The staff was accommodating, which made our stay a bit better. However, the cleanliness of the room could definitely use improvement, as we found dusty floors and some amenities lacking. Overall, it served its purpose for a short stay, but I expected more for the price.

Cesar at the front desk was a total gem—so friendly and made our check-in a breeze. The room was ready when we returned, and it was nice having some space to chill after a long day on the road!
The breakfast situation was like a bad joke—oatmeal packets and cold coffee? I expected at least a crumb of something good!

Avoid if you want reliability!
Upon arrival, we found our booked rooms were unavailable. With a family of eight, it was a chaotic night. The staff offered no assistance or empathy. After two weeks, still fighting for a refund. Choose a different hotel for peace of mind and comfort.

I had a nice stay and loved the good coffee in the morning and the comfy bed for a good night's rest. The swimming pool was a perfect spot to unwind, and I also enjoyed the outdoor BBQ facilities. The only downside was that the kitchen wasn't stocked with basic utensils, which made cooking a bit tricky. 😊
